  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add cauliflower rice, cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
