  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
  6. Whisk eggs and heavy cream together, then pour over the cheese.
