A delicious low-carb alternative to traditional garlic bread, made with keto-friendly ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese for 1 minute.
  3. Add almond flour, egg, minced garlic, and salt to the melted cheese and mix well.
  4. Form the dough into small flatbread shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking.
  • Substitute coconut flour if almond flour is unavailable.
