  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms until they are tender.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
