  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 4 ramekins.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Stir in erythritol until dissolved.
  4. Whisk in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  5. Fold in almond flour and salt.
  6. Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
