  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out on a parchment paper into a rectangle.
  5. Spread melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. While baking, prepare the frosting by mixing cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and heavy cream until smooth.
  9. Once the rolls are done, let them cool slightly and then spread the cream cheese frosting on top.
