  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries under cold water and remove any stems or bad berries.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the water and erythritol. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cranberries to the boiling water and sweetener mixture.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon (if using).
  6. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.

Notes

  • This sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
