  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, celery, and carrots. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Transfer vegetables to the crockpot.
  5. Season chicken with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  6. Place chicken in the crockpot.
