  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 4 ramekins.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, erythritol, and vanilla until frothy.
  4. Pour melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir well.
  5. Fold in almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
  6. Divide batter evenly among ramekins.
