Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk eggs and heavy cream in a bowl.
  3. Stir in cheese, bacon, bell peppers, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from tin.
