  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the almond butter until smooth.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  6. Once set, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
