Keto Garlic Bread Bites

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway.
  4. Add eggs and dry ingredients to the melted cheese, kneading until a dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over warm bites before serving.
