A quick and easy keto-friendly shrimp dish cooked in garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss with garlic butter.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Cook for another minute, then stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • Use fresh shrimp for best results.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
