  • 1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sugar-free maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the glaze over the ham, making sure to get it into the scored areas.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it loosely with foil.
  6. Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with the remaining glaze.
  7. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.
  8. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
