Keto Honey Mustard Chicken Skillet

A quick and easy keto-friendly chicken skillet with a tangy honey mustard sauce.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free honey substitute
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add Dijon mustard, sugar-free honey substitute, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  6. Simmer for 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Add butter and stir until melted.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
