  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the cauliflower.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
  7. Return the dish to the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
