  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain excess water from the cauliflower.
