1 lb ground beef
1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
