Keto Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken

A simple and delicious keto-friendly chicken dish made in a slow cooker with garlic and parmesan.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown chicken breasts for 3 minutes per side.
  2. Transfer chicken to slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  6. Serve with extra parmesan if desired.
