  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, spinach, feta, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
