  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional for chocolate flavor)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered erythritol until smooth.
  2. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour and cocoa powder (if using).
