Kielbasa Potato Soup

A hearty and comforting soup made with kielbasa sausage and potatoes, perfect for a cold day.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add kielbasa and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and heat through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Use smoked kielbasa for extra flavor.
