1 lb pork belly, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and rice vinegar.
Add pork belly pieces to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the pork belly pieces for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
You can use a grill pan if you don’t have an outdoor grill.
