Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Sift in flour and salt. Stir until dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until bottoms are lightly golden.
  7. Let cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar while warm.
  8. Cool completely before serving.
