Lentil Tahini Salad

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
