Instructions
Clean the lion’s mane mushrooms and slice them into thick rounds.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add the mushroom slices and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and smoked paprika. Stir gently to coat.
