These Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups combine rich, fudgy brownie bottoms with a creamy cheesecake layer and irresistible toppings. Perfect for parties or indulgent treats, they’re bite-sized desserts that pack a big flavor punch.

Brownie Layer

  •  480 g fudgy brownies, crumbled

Cheesecake Filling

    • 340 g cream cheese, softened

    • 60 g powdered sugar

    • 5 ml vanilla extract

    • 240 ml heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Toppings

    • Chocolate ganache (made from melted chocolate and heavy cream)

    • Caramel sauce

    • Extra brownie crumbs

Instructions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully blended.

    1. Add a layer of crumbled brownies to the bottom of each serving cup. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling on top. Lightly drizzle with chocolate ganache and caramel sauce. Repeat the layers as needed until the cup is filled.

    1. Finish with a garnish of extra brownie crumbs, more chocolate ganache, and an additional drizzle of caramel sauce.

    1. Chill the assembled cups in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes to allow the layers to set before serving.

Notes

  • For cleaner layers, chill before serving.
