Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil lobster tails for 5 minutes, then remove meat and chop.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, sauté shallot and garlic until soft.
  4. Add white wine, reduce by half.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, mustard, and Parmesan until smooth.
