Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and top with ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked bacon slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
