1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the marinara sauce, mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
