  • 1 lb fresh salmon, skin removed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the salmon into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix salmon, egg, almond flour, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
