  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced avocado
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors.
  6. Divide shredded lettuce among bowls.
  7. Top with seasoned beef, tomatoes, red onion, cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
