  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut lobster tails lengthwise through the shell with kitchen shears.
  3. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, flesh side up.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (3-4 minutes).
  7. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice.
  8. Drizzle browned butter over lobster tails.
  9. Garnish with parsley if desired.
