Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, layer chia pudding with diced mango.

  • Use full-fat coconut milk for creamier texture.
  • Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
