  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add salmon fillets and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Pour the glaze over the salmon and transfer the skillet to the oven.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
