  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chopped pecans, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted and well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  5. If using, fold in the dried cranberries.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
