  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  5. Flip chicken and cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Remove chicken and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  8. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
  9. Stir until sauce thickens slightly.
  10. Return chicken to skillet.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
