1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup matcha green tea powder
1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Ladyfinger cookies

In a separate bowl, mix the matcha powder with a small amount of hot water to create a smooth paste.
Fold the matcha paste into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled espresso, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
Layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of serving cups.
Spread a layer of the matcha mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of the matcha mixture on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, dust the tops with cocoa powder.
Notes
For a stronger matcha flavor, increase the amount of matcha powder.
Ensure the espresso is cooled before dipping the ladyfingers.
These cups can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
