Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dissolve matcha powder in hot water.
  5. Dip ladyfingers in the matcha mixture and layer them in cups.
  6. Alternate layers of mascarpone cream and soaked ladyfingers.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
