  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the brewed coffee with matcha powder until well combined.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger into the matcha coffee mixture for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  4. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
