1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
2 tablespoons matcha powder
1 package ladyfinger cookies
Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, mix the brewed coffee with matcha powder until well combined.
Dip each ladyfinger into the matcha coffee mixture for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
