Mediterranean Olive Oil Marinade

A simple marinade using Mediterranean ingredients to enhance the flavor of meats and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Pour over meat or vegetables and let marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

Notes

  • Store leftover marinade in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
