  • 4 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Add diced chicken on top of the cheese.
  4. Place another tortilla on top to form a quesadilla.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted.
  6. Cut the quesadilla into small wedges.
  7. Pack the quesadilla wedges in a lunch box with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole on the side.
