  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup miso paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the miso paste until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a darker miso paste.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • Can be topped with additional caramel or sea salt for extra flavor.
