Mocha Mousse

A rich and creamy mocha mousse that combines the flavors of coffee and chocolate for a delightful dessert experience.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine the cooled espresso, melted chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites until no white streaks remain.
