  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions until caramelized. Set aside.
