Mustard Herb Wine Marinade

A flavorful marinade combining mustard, herbs, and wine to enhance meats and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place meat or vegetables in a resealable bag.
  4. Pour marinade over and seal the bag.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove from marinade before cooking.
  7. Grill, roast, or pan-sear as desired.
