Ninja-Creami Dairy-Free Strawberry Sorbet

A refreshing and creamy dairy-free strawberry sorbet made using the Ninja-Creami, perfect for a sweet treat on a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, coconut milk, agave syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  4. Once frozen, remove the mixture from the freezer and let it sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the Ninja-Creami and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions until creamy.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later use.
