No bake biscuit cake

A simple and delicious no bake biscuit cake that requires minimal ingredients and effort.

Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 200g condensed milk
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 100g chocolate (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add the condensed milk and cocoa powder to the melted butter and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the crushed biscuits until fully combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined cake tin and smooth the top.
  6. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the biscuit mixture, spreading it evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Once set, cut into slices and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add nuts or dried fruits to the biscuit mixture.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Feel free to use any type of biscuits you prefer.
