No bake chocolate cups

Delicious no bake chocolate cups that are rich, creamy, and melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until well combined.
  3. Add the crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows to the peanut butter mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
  5. Top the chocolate layer with the peanut butter mixture, then pour more melted chocolate on top to cover.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
  7. Remove from the muffin tin and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a vegan option, use dairy-free chocolate chips and maple syrup instead of honey.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Feel free to add nuts or other toppings for extra texture.
