Delicious and easy no bake peanut butter balls that are perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and ground flaxseed to the mixture.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
